Terms of Use

Welcome

These terms are an agreement between you and Spirit Studios, the maker of Patch Tarot, Spirit Sky, Spirit Runes, Signkeeper, Pocket Academy, Lightwork Missions, Daily Practice, MoonTime, Aura, and Kindred, and of the Patch Plus membership that connects them. By using any of these apps you agree to these terms. Some apps also publish their own terms; where those are more specific, they apply to that app. If you obtained an app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies.

For reflection, not advice

Tarot and oracle readings, rune casts, astrology and birth charts, synchronicity readings, meditations, lessons, and everything else in our apps are offered for insight, reflection, learning, and enjoyment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they should never replace guidance from a qualified professional. The decisions you make remain your own.

Patch Plus membership

• Patch Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) and, where available, as a one-time lifetime purchase called the Founder's Key.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• One membership works across the family. When you sign in with the same Apple or Google account in another of our apps on the same platform, your membership is recognized there too. Membership does not currently carry between an Apple account and a Google account.
• What Patch Plus unlocks is described inside each app and may grow over time.

Your content in our community spaces

You own what you write and share. By posting to a community space (The Grove, Earthlight, Rune Hall, The Circle, The Field, the Grove in Lightwork Missions, or a Kindred circle) you give Spirit Studios a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content within the app so the community can see it. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm that it does not violate anyone's rights or the Community Guidelines below.

Acceptable use

Do not use our apps to harass, threaten, or harm others; to post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content; to spam or advertise; or to interfere with the apps or their servers. We may remove content and restrict access for violations, with or without notice.

Our content

The decks, artwork, card and rune writings, readings, meditations, lessons, courses, the Book of Patch, and the apps themselves belong to Spirit Studios and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them outside the apps.

No warranty

Our apps are provided as they are. We work hard to keep them reliable, and we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spirit Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.

Changes

We may update these terms as the apps evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Community Guidelines

Our community spaces are quiet circles for sharing readings, signs, reflections, and discoveries. People arrive in vulnerable moments. Treat every post as if its writer were sitting across the table from you.

Be kind

Encourage, witness, and reflect. Disagreement is fine; cruelty is not.

Never allowed

• Hate speech, slurs, or harassment of any kind
• Sexually explicit content, and any sexual content involving a minor
• Threats, bullying, or wishing harm on anyone
• Spam, self-promotion, or commercial solicitation
• Sharing anyone's personal information

Stay anonymous, keep others anonymous

Our community spaces run on anonymous handles by design. Do not post your own personal details, and never reveal someone else's.

How moderation works

Posts pass through an automatic content filter before they are shared. Every post has a menu where you can report it to our team or block its author, and blocked authors disappear from your feed immediately. You can also report anything to us at appmaster@spiritstudios.com, including something you have already reported inside an app.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive behaviour. Reported content is reviewed, and anything that breaks these guidelines is removed along with the account that posted it.

Readings are personal

When someone shares a reading, a cast, a chart, or a sign, respond to their reflection. Do not offer predictions or alarming interpretations, and never tell someone that something bad is going to happen to them.
